1. Leadership:

Every successful clans major reason for being successful is the clans leader, which is the single most important thing to a clan, even more important than tactics or # of skilled members as History has proven to us, the leader is the backbone of the clan and will either succeed or fail depending on his or her actions and decisions!

Many ppl don't understand what actually is a Clan Leader. Is it a person who runs things? No, that's a boss. Although every leader may in some sense be a boss, certainly not every boss is a leader. Leaders don't push, they will pull. They don't enforce, they will inspire. The basic definition of a leader is someone with followers.

Every Clan Leader is Unique in many ways- the way they recruit, strategys the plan, type of members they allow, Clan Rules, Expierence/Time being a Clan Leader, Goals, etc. but they all have a few thing in common, they all took the extremly difficult task, responsibility, and pressure to lead a group of there followers to the Goals they made.

A True Leader should all ways have a answer to all questions about the clan he leads, must gain the respect of his followers in time, must be a fair, must perform any roles if needed, needs to enforce rules to everyone even close friends, leads by example-follow your own rules or plans, etc.

We have only 1 clan leader, and always will! GD Elite Legend is our Clan Leader/Founder of GD, he has been leading for 9 years, also has taught many clan leaders some of his experience and skills. He is very Understanding/Down-to-Earth, he maintains any/all clan problems. He's 25 years old, ex-United States Marine Corps Infantry Rifleman.

2. Members:

Every successful clan also has members who follow the Clan Leader. Each member puts there trust, time, faith, loyalty, etc. into the Leader- which they believe completely they will be successful and achieve much with the Clan Leader. Also each clan has its maximum amount of members for some, its hundreds some its less than 20 and each Leader has a reason why they have that limit of members.

Members are also different like the Leader, each is unique on what they are looking for or wanting to achieve in a clan. Some look for Leader board ranking, others look for Team play and organization, and Others look for a clan who won't disband every 3 seconds...

Members are needed, bc without members there is no follower, without followers there is no leader. A clan needs enough members to play clan games and those members should be talented, perform plans as a team and be active or the clan will not go to far.

We have a lot of members and the type of members GD looks for is hard to find - they're highly skill AND down-to-earth, yes thats hard to get now a days, a person usually finds one or the other but not both. We allow any amount of gamers to join GD, there is no limit. We don't need anymore members, but we always allow everyone the opportunity to join us.

3. Maturity and Discipline:

Please do not fool around or team kill in practice, training, and clan games, even if you aren't an adult yet, please act like one. Be self discipline, in clan practice you shouldn’t be shooting people, running off, or any thing that keeps you or your clan members from understanding or completing the practice, training or what ever is currently going on.

We are a Mature adult clan with Discipline members, even with that in mind, i must add that we do have fun and fool around too and there is a time and place for that, just not when we're playing ranked games, clan matches, practice or training.

4. Serious and Competitive:

All members should be serious and competitive gamers, down to earth and mature! Being mad when you lose is natural thing in life which is one thing, but destruction of objects, hitting people, threatening, killing people in real life or other psychotic things isn’t healthy, we only want healthy minded competitive members.

We are a Serious and Competitive clan. We Play to win, and its fun doing just that. We dislike and try our hardest not to lose, if it actually happens then we will learn from it.

5. Consistancy:

Consistency of play is another major rule, members should be expected to be playing as much as possible. Doesn’t mean they must pull a 24/7. If your never online to participate in clan matches or give your ''blood, sweat, and tears'' to the clan, then why are you in the clan in the first place or even expect to be allowed in clan!?

We play 7 days a week, usually Evening and Night time. We also play in the Morning and Afternoon too, just not as much. We try to be as active as possible, usually everyday. Since we have lots of adults in GD, they work and have families, which isn't a excuse to never be online. Our standards are everyone should be active atleast 3 days a week.

6. Dedication:

Make your choices and stick to them, improving yourself, others, clan members and clan its self, represent your clan by; motto, verbal, clan prefix, etc.

7. Honesty:

Please don’t lie, it only causes problems, and it shows others your not trustworthy, can even get you kicked from the clan instantly.
